Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order is placed before 12:00 PM Copenhagen time, we’ll ship it out the same day! During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may vary, and we appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Our delivery times typically range from 2-4 business days, to all EU countries. 5-15 business days, to all countries outside EU. Please note that factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues may occasionally affect delivery times.

Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed and shipped.
